Our loan-to-value (LTV) ratio can be up to 75% of the property's as-is value and after-repair value, depending on various factors such as location, risk, collateral type, and borrower strength. We offer competitive rates ranging from 8.99% to 12.99%, with the rate determined based on these factors.

Our points range from 2% to 5%, and we offer loan amounts between $1,000,000 and $75,000,000 <, with a rehab/major rehab escrow required. Upon stabilization, the subject property must cover the loan at a 1:1 ratio. Our loan term is 12 months with extension options.

We do require an appraisal for all deals. The need for other third-party reports will depend on the deal structure and the necessary reports to be reviewed. We do not charge any upfront fees, and there is no prepayment penalty.
